Existing Ware Lions Players
We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to reach out and provide you with the latest update regarding your membership with Ware Lions in the Mid Herts League.
If you have played for the team in the past, we kindly ask that you update your profile by inputting all the requested details and submitting a new headshot photograph of yourself. We understand that a lot can change over the course of a year and we want to ensure our records are updated with the most accurate information.
We do kindly remind you that there is a 2MB limit on the file size of your photograph. With technology advancing as it is, we understand it can be difficult to keep track of the various file size limits.
Thank you for your time and cooperation. We look forward to another great year with you on the team.

New Players
As the registration process for the upcoming season is here, it’s important to note that there will be a few additional steps that new players (those who did not play for Ware Lions in the Mid Herts League last year) will have to follow. These steps include providing the necessary player details as well as attaching a current headshot photograph and a photograph of the player’s ID (birth certificate or passport). It’s noteworthy that all photographs must be of small size as there is a 2MB limit set for photograph sizes.
Additionally, as a mandatory part of the registration process, all players need to be registered through the FA ‘Whole Game System’. The Ware Lions will arrange player registrations but the parents or carers of new players will also need to submit their own Parent FA FAN Number to complete the process smoothly. If you’re new and don’t have your own Parent FA FAN Number yet, don’t worry, you can obtain one easily by clicking the below FA FAN link.
